For the Attention of All Students in the Distance Learning at the Josephinum Diaconate Institute:

In addition to the very real legal responsibilities outlined in Copyright law, the Pontifical College Josephinum has an ethical and moral responsibility to protect the property of others. Owners of intellectual property expect that their economic interests will be protected and that we are zealous in our adherence to, and support of, the applicable copyright restrictions for any material used in the online or classroom courses taught at thePontifical College Josephinum. 

All materials presented by the JDI that are not expressly identified as the property of others are the property of the Pontifical College Josephinum.  All rights are reserved.  Students have permission to print and store the PDF versions of class materials.  No permission is granted to convert PDF versions into other formats or to distribute them in any form. Permission to copy or distribute materials expressly identified as the property of others must be obtained from the property owner.
